A- All you need to use VIP's video email is a video camera or webcam that is hooked up to your computer and a VIP email account.
Q- How do I get VIP's Video Email Service?
A-Video email is a free offering from VIP. Signing up for a VIP account is simple. Just go here and click on signup to create your free or premium account.
Q- How do I send a video email?
A-Sending a video email is simple. When you log in to your VIP account, click on the videoemail button which is located between your compose and address book buttons. On the upper left of your compose video email box, fill in the following as you would on any regular email:
On the right side of your compose video email page, you will see the following options that allow you to customize how you want an expired message to appear and when you want a message to expire:
Q- How can I send videos longer than 5 minutes?
A- VIP free users can send videos up to 5 minutes in length. To send video emails up to 30 minutes in length, you will need to upgrade to VIP's premium service for 29.95/yr.
